12/4/20…issue with T Plus control and threading, 60 miles round trip. Could not find any issue with parameters. Suggested customer look at any new software versions that might address this. I did contact Mazak engineer Mike Dault and his response was to have a Mazak tech come out and make that determination.

1/18/21…load program for radius with Mazacam, run toolpath. Everything looks good. Customer has a USB box from Shop Floor Automation   

Adjust all parameters in the USB box and had issues getting the communications to go both ways. Reset parameters to original and could not get Mazacam to communicate. The next day Rick called and said the box was working. 10:00 to 2:30

Program ran ok…ended up going to a .02 step for finish pass
