“I have been using the Laser Jaw Setter for over 10 years now. I work as a prototype programmer and set up machinist. The LJS has really come in handy setting up jaws for accurate boring operations. It is a great time saver as the jaws come in concentric and right to size every time. It has also been extremely convenient  for especially large diameter parts and chucking operations – working on a VTL with a chuck diameter of over 6 feet. Having been in my tool box for this many years now,  I’ve become quite accustomed to quick and accurate jaw placement during set ups. The only thing I’ve ever had to replace are the AA batteries which are easily accessible through the side panel. I highly recommend this tool for it’s quality, it’s ease of use, and reliability.”
